New Song Preview: “Our Time”

Here’s a look at  one of our new songs on our upcoming album, Going Green. This song is one of my favorites on the album mainly because it is the most relevant to my life. Its about waking up everyday going through the typical grind of life and growing frustrated with the lack of progress being made from all of the hard work you have put out. I feel that a lot of people can relate with this as well, especially with the brutal economic period that we have been going through for the past few years. This song is very unique because the music on top of the lyrics expresses the underlying themes to the song as well. The song starts off very heavy with a slow and melodic interlude following. It does a great job capturing all of the emotions ranging from feeling let down at times to overcoming adversity all on the path of eventually achieving ones goals. Enjoy.
